DOC.DR.SC. TUNJICA PETRAŠEVIĆ

Tunjica Petrašević je docent na Pravnom fakultetu u Osijeku, predstojnik je Katedre za europsko pravo. Završio je poslijediplomski doktorski studij iz europskog prava na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu (2011.). Doktorirao je na temi ‘’Prethodni postupak pred Europskim sudom i njegova implementacija u nacionalnim pravnim sustavima država članica’’. U sklopu svog znanstvenog i stručnog usavršavanja bio je vježbenik ("stagiaire") u uredu slovenskog suca Marka Ilešića na Europskom sudu u Luxembourgu (2010.). Kao stipendist OeAD (Austrian Agency for International Cooperation in Education and Research) boravio je 2 mjeseca kao istraživač na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta Johannes Kepler u Linzu (2010.). U okviru Erasmus programa mobilnosti nastavnog osoblja, bio je gost predavač na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta Johannes Kepler u Linzu (2013.) te na Sveučilištu Kazimiero Simonavičiaus u Vilniusu (2014.). Bio je član projektnog tima na Jean Monnet modulu ''EU Law: Basic Introduction, Preliminary Ruling procedure, Legal Aspects and Regional and International cooperation in the EU'’ koji je istekao 31. kolovoza 2014. 


Assistant Professor, holds Chair in EU law. Professional orientation towards EU law derives from Postgraduate (doctoral) study of European Law at the Faculty of Law in Zagreb (2011). He holds and teaches four courses in EU Law. In 2010, he did part of his doctoral research as a visiting researcher at Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria). In 2010 he was also trainee (stagiere) at the European Court of Justice in the office of Slovenian judge Mr. Ilešić. In 2011, he defended his doctoral thesis ‘’Preliminary Ruling Procedure before the European Court of Justice with special reference to its implementation in national legal systems of Member States''. In 2013, he was Erasmus visiting professor at Johannes Kepler Univeristy in Linz. In April 2014, he was Erasmus visiting professor at Univeristy in Vilnius (Lathuia). He was one of teaching staff at the LLP European Module ‘’EU Law: Basic Introduction Preliminary Ruling Procedure, Legal Aspects and Regional and International Cooperation in the EU’’, which has expired on 31 August 2014.

DOC.DR.SC. MIRELA ŽUPAN

Assistant Professor at Department of Private International Law, vice dean for postgraduate studies. Professional orientation towards EU law derives from Postgraduate Scientific Master Study on Law of European Integration at Faculty of Law Rijeka (2004) and PhD on EU private international law on child maintenance (2009). Main professional interests include cross-border family relations, child protection and human rights within EU acquis. Awarded with Max-Planck Society Doctoral (2007) and Postdoctoral Grant (2011), research conducted at the Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and Comparative Law, Hamburg, Germany. Visiting professor at Faulty of Law Pécs, Hungary. Teacher EU law at the Master’s Programme and PhD Program. Other competences: Project Manager of the EU funded IPA Cross-border cooperation program with University of Pécs; former Project Manager and Project Coordinator of two cooperation projects resulting in creation of common research area in law, common curricula development and students exchange.


Docentica na Katedri za međunarodno privatno pravo, prodekanica za poslijediplomske studije. Profesionalna orijentacija prema pravu EU proizlazi iz poslijediplomskog znanstvenog magisterija  Pravo europskih integracija na Pravnom fakultetu u Rijeci (2004), te stečenog doktorata znanosti  na području uzdržavanja djeteta u međunarodnom privatnom i procesnom pravu EU (2009). Glavni profesionalni interesi uključuju prekogranične obiteljske odnose, zaštitu djece i ljudskih prava u pravnoj stečevini EU-a. Dodijeljena joj je doktorska (2007) i poslijedoktorska (2011) stipendija Max-Planck društva za istraživanja provedena na Max-Planck Institutu za strano i uporedno pravo, Hamburg, Njemačka. Gostujući profesor na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Pečuhu, Mađarska. Predaje na dodiplomskom, specijalističkom i doktorskom studiju. Ostale kompetencije: voditeljica projekata sa Sveučilištem u Pečuhu koje je EU financirala kroz IPA program prekogranične suradnje; projekti su rezultirali stvaranjem zajedničkog istraživačkog prostora u području prava, zajedničkim razvojem nastavnih kurikuluma i programa razmjene studenata.

PROF.DR.SC. BORIS LJUBANOVIĆ

Associate professor at the Department of administrative sciences. He holds the chair in administrative law and he is a head of the Specialist professional graduate study of public administration at the Faculty of Law Osijek. Professional orientation towards administrative law and procedure derives from Postgraduate (phD) Study the Faculty of Law Osijek (2005.) He pass bar exam in 2003. Main professional interest includes EU administrative law. He is legal expert of SEELS Network; legal expert of Stifung Kompetenzzentrum für Öffentliches Recht; legal expert of Ministry of Public Administration. He was legal expert-lecturer of State School for Public Administration, legal expert of British Council; Council of Europe Legal expert; key legal expert of European Commission and SIGMA and he was a legal expert Central State Office for Administration and World bank.    


Boris Ljubanović je izvanredni profesor na katedri upravnih znanosti i ujedno predstojnik katedre. On je također voditelj specijalističkog stručnog studija javne uprave na Pravnom fakultetu Osijek. Doktorirao je na Pravnom fakultetu u Osijeku (2005). Položio je pravosudni ispit (2003). Predmetom njegovog znanstvenog interesa je između ostalog i upravno pravo EU. On je pravni savjetnik pri SEELS mreži, pravni savjetnik pri Stifung Kompetenzzentrum für Öffentliches Recht te pravni savjetnik Ministarstva uprave. Bio je savjetnik pri British Council, savjetnik Vijeće Europe, savjetnik Europske komisije i SIGMA-e, pravni savjetnik Središnjeg državnog ureda za upravu i Svjetske banke.

DOC.DR.SC. IGOR VULETIĆ

Assistant Professor at Department of criminal sciences. Professional orientation towards international criminal law and European criminal law derives from Postgraduate Scientific Doctoral Study of Criminal Sciences at Faculty of Law Zagreb (2007 - 2011). Main professional interests include harmonization of general part of criminal law within the EU. Awarded with Max-Planck Society Doctoral Grant (February 2011), research conducted at the Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law, Freiburg, Germany. Visiting professor at Faulty of Law Pécs, Hungary, and Faculty of Law Vilnius, Lithuania. Finished two specialist courses in international criminal law, at the International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences, Siracusa (Italy) in 2010 and at the Inter-University Centre Dubrovnik (Croatia) in 2009. Study visit to Institute of Criminology Cambridge, University of Cambridge (UK) in 2013.  


Docent na Katedri kaznenopravnih znanosti. Na Poslijediplomskom doktorskom studiju kaznenopravnih znanosti na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu (2007-2011) znanstveno se usmjerio prema području međunarodnog kaznenog prava i europskog kaznenog prava. Glavno područje profesionalnog interesa uključuje i problematiku harmonizacije općeg dijela kaznenog prava u okvirima EU. Dobitnik je stipendije Max-Planck u okviru koje je boravio mjesec dana (02/2011.) na Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law (Freiburg, Njemačka). Držao je predavanja kao gostujući profesor na pravnim fakultetima u Pečuhu (Mađarska) i Vilniusu (Litva). Završio je dva specijalistička tečaja iz međunarodnog kaznenog prava, na International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences (Siracusa, Italija) 2010. te na Inter-University Centre u Dubrovniku (Hrvatska) 2009. Studijski je boravio na Institute of Criminology (Cambridge, Velika Britanija) 2013. godine. 

DOC.DR.SC. PAULA PORETTI (ex STOJČEVIĆ)

Assistant professor at the Department of Civil Procedural Law. Professional orientation towards Civil Procedure and EU Civil Procedure derives from Postgraduate Study of Civil Law and Family Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Croatia (2006/today). Main professional interests include Civil Procedural Law, legal protection of human rights, and harmonization of Civil Procedural Law at EU level. She is teaching Civil Procedural Law to 4. and 5. year students at the Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Studies at the Faculty of Law in Osijek. She was a researcher and student coordinator in IPA projects of Cross-border cooperation Hungary – Croatia 2007-2013.

DOC.DR.SC. DUNJA DUIĆ

Assistant professor at Chair of European law. Professional orientation towards EU law derives from Postgraduate  Mater of  Advance studies in European and Comparative Law at Faculty of Law  Gent, Belgium (2008/ 2009 ) and Post-graduate Study of European Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, Croatia ( 2009/ today). Main professional interests include EU Law, External relations of EU, EU institutions and comparative politics.  She was awarded with State scholarship of the Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports (2002-2008) and State scholarship of the Ministry of foreign affairs and European integration (2008/2009). She is teaching EU law at the Integrated Undergraduate and Graduate University Studies and Specialist Graduate Studies in Public Administration. Other competences: Secretary of Postgraduate Specialist Studies Management of Local and Regional Self-government Development at the Faculty of Law in Osijek where she coordinates the whole program of this postgraduate specialist studies.


Dunja Duić rođena je u Osijeku. Osnovnu i srednju školu završila u Osijeku, gdje završava i Pravni fakultet. Nakon završenog Pravnog fakulteta upisuje poslijediplomski studiji na Sveučlištu u Gentu ( Belgija), smjer : Master of Advance Studies in European and Comparative Law, koji završava 2009. godine. U listopadu 2009. godine upisuje poslijediplomski doktorski studij iz Europskog prava na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu. Zaposlena je kao docentica  na Katedri za europsko pravo Pravnog fakulteta u Osijeku. Sudjeluje u izvođenju nastave redovitih i izvanrednih studenata iz predmeta Europsko javno pravo i Osnove europskog prava te održava seminare, ispite i kolokvije iz navedenih premeta. Obavlja funkciju tajnika  Poslijediplomskog specijalističkog studija "Upravljanje razvojem lokalne i regionalne samouprave". Glavni znanstveni interesi su joj iz područja EU prava, prava vanjskih odnosa EU i komparativne politike. U okviru Jean Monnet projekta održava dvije radionice i zadužena je za administraciju.
